We are getting our basement remodeled and they gave us a quote for 19K. Does this sound reasonable for 350sqft?

Isn't there anyone out there that has experience with this? I can't get another quote, because Owens is the only one that does basements correctly.

Can't use drywall in a basement, which is why I contacted Owens because they don't use drywall or wood.

get more prices, write down every thing one will do, better yet, make a job summary, dont vary , walls, ceiling, paint doors trim light etc. do not vary when some one starts, it becomes costly when you make changes. the make sure you have the hour price written down on the extra work, time statrs when you ask for a change, and as soon as a pen come out. people will take your money. know exactly what you are paying for.

is that the only quote you got, ? check around, get at least 3 quotes,
