this guy really wronged me and treated me badly, now I want him to really miss me and feel bad about what he did. he never told me he didnt want to not see me, but i'm done with his games because he's a total player. we work together, so i know he's gonna try sweet talking me back to him, so how do i prove to him that he lost me and i'm sick of him, without coming off as a total biotch?? :)

The best thing you can do is totally ignore him. If you run into him at work, show him how happy you are without him. And be nice. Otherwise, if you do come across as a b*tch, then he has proof that it was better for HIM to be rid of you.

If they do, then I think it's because from a really young age, they've been seeing people on tv, and other places, maybe even in their own family life, that when a girl has meaningless sex, she's a '****' but if a guy gets a girl to have random sex, then he 'scored'.. and scoring is a nice word. You score a point in sports and stuff. So that could be why..

looking fabulous is always the best revenge. Get a gym membership and get toned, treat yourself to a spa, always make sure you look great (but dont put TOO much energy into it). Don't loose sleep over him - get out of the house. Go out frequently with friends, indulge in personal hobbies. The physical stuff will make you look great on the outside - the emotional stuff will make you feel great on the inside (which also translates to looking better on the outside). True, you will be doing all this fro "his" benefit - at first - but ultimately this will benefit YOU the most!

Heh. Ok, well, he's looking to get your attention in order to just play with your head again. I went through this. Best way is to just ignore him. He'll try and charm his way back to you, but don't let it happen. He wronged you, so let him know it. He obviously doesn't deserve a girlfriend if he won't treat her right. Make him realize that he can't get any girl whenever he wants.

Your happiness is the best revenge. He expects you to fawn all over him and be jealous about missing him. Don't be move on date other guys and I mean other guys that treat you right send you flowers to the office, take you out for lunch that kind of thing and you watch he'll be so jealous and hurt he'll turn green.

Well sorry 2 tell you this, if he treated you bad once, he will do it again. Why would you even want attention from a loser. I think you should move on and possibly b with some one that actually likes you and the he will see that he had a good thing.

Don't waste your time or energy.

Why be vendictive? Just let it blow over and learn from the experience. I'm sure the best way would be through his friends and warning other girls he may target as conquests.

Forget this idea, it's immature. Just get on with your life.

listen to Maria B;

move on and forget about people who have wronged you.
contemplation on a lost partner only enables him to see he still has a hold on you. just live your own life.

Living well, is the best revenge. Beyond that anything else you consider is simply being vindictive and immature.
