I bought a USB cord to hook up to my PS2 because my PS2 doesn't just let me take my network cord from my Cable Modem/Computer and hook into the PS2.

How do I setup my PS2 to play Madden Online?

EDIT- So I bought the wrong thing.

What exactly do I need and how do I set it up to play Madden Online?

My normal network cord from my cable modem doesn't fit into the front of the PS2 it's too big.

This is what you need:
http://www.us.playstation.com/PS2/Accessories/SCPH-10281 or http://www.darkplanets.co.uk/ps2/sony-ps2-network-adapter.asp
IDK, if you can find it in stores anymore. Try looking it up on www.ebay.com
After installation of this gadget - hook it up to your modem or router with RJ-45 Ethernet cable.

No need for a USB cable.

If you have the older "fat" PS2, you need to buy the PS2 Ethernet Adapter (very hard to find these days) - this ethernet adapter plugs into the back of the PS2 - you then connect the PS2/Ethernet Adapter to an ethernet cable, which goes into your modem or router.

Ah >.< It is near impossible. You have to buy special wires and equipment that is available no where.
