well he smiles at me and there has been eye contact but i just dont know whether he likes me. weve never spoken to each other and he seems really shy just like me, how do i know if hes just being friendly by smiling at me or if he likes me?

I am going through the same thing, theres this guy that smiles at me but I don't know if he really likes me..
Oh wait, maybe its you. Oh well guess we are both shy and we will never meet.
I mean, I could say hi to you but like then I'm shy so that won't happen.. I know... I'll ask this question on yahoo and maybe someone will give me the secret formula to know if a guy that smiles at me likes me or is just being friendly.. yeah that will do it.

Oook hunni, listen he might be jus friendly but for him to get an idea thatr you kind of like him you have to use body language, let him be the first to talk.
There is a trick where when he is smiling at you smile at him back then look move your eyes down his body and back up again and give another smile, it shows your impressed. Next wherever you normally go, where he finds you dont ALWAYs go there, act mysterious, he'll soon talk to you.

Well i personally think you should get to know the guy first by making him your friend. Start a small conversation with him, or when ever you see him again ask him something like,
"Hey, whats your name? Then just say, do you have a pen I can borrow." I mean any little thing that will get you 2 talking is good. Start a coversation with him, like " I like your pants, where did you get them from, my brother likes that style of clothes. " Start talking to him first because hes probably just shy or intimadated by you. Start small talk with him.

Sorry but talking to him is the only way to find out! But if you can always try a flirty smile and see if he responds. He wants to talk to you, because he's smiling at you, so go for it! at the beginning.... you're at significant creep status. you have been observing her for a month. Haha it somewhat is only weird and wonderful to assert. Anywayssss.. only ask her what her grade is and save the communique rolling. or compliment her on her outfits (ladies love that). yet say some thing particular approximately what she's donning. and don't seem too prepared, it somewhat is a turn off. ladies like kick back adult males who're severe on call for yet seem somewhat into them. well you could rattle your brain trying to figure him out or you could just talk to him next time you see him... i don't mean ask him if he likes you... just talk to him... it doesn't necessarily mean he likes you just because he smiles at you (I've smiled at hundred of girls and that don't mean i like all of them...) just talk to him... once he gets comfortable around he, he will let you know if he likes you or not

Gys often freeze up and minds go blank so they cant think what to say as treatment from girls in the past = they think the only way to get you to like them is some fantasic chat up ability and one mistake and you will hate them and if you find out he fancies you either you will take it as a joke or go all awkard and looey and treat him like some perverted creap who sees girls as sex objectpieces of meat or whatever other rubbish you girls come out with...
