Not really. If they want to fine whatever. If not, as long as they don't push their beliefs on me I don't care what kind of wingnuttery someone else believes. Life is way too short to care what someone else believes.

Usually, but when I'm my most cynical I WANT people to believe in some sort of religion. That way, they'll put up with living in poverty and doing drudge work without rebelling because they think they'll get their pie in the sky. They'll gladly march off to war in my place with the reassurance that if they die a grisly death on the battlefield, they'll get 72 virgins or whatever crap religion is offering. Also, if I decide to give up on all morality and become a scumbag, the presence of believers means that I can always have a lucrative career as a televangelist...

(BTW, if you think Benny Hinn is anything other than a criminal, you're definitely in the Double-Digit IQ Club...)

I am atheist and I don't care what people believe I just care when people think that we "are blinded by the devil" or when they say there is no such thing as atheist. Come on! I don't believe that there is a higher power then myself and what i can do with my own life. I don't believe in "god" and I don't care who agrees with me.

I couldn't care less what others choose to believe, as long as they keep their religions OUT of the laws and schools that apply to EVERYONE.

If Christians can't figure out how to behave and not kill people without a god, book,or list telling them not to, then I am glad they are free to have it. Atheists are naturally good, and know how to behave on their own. Not everyone is that strong or smart.

I want everybody to be happy.

The problem that I have with some religions is that they think their religion should be given special consideration over everyone elses ie that everyone should be made to follow their doctorine.

It wouldn't be a bad idea! Humanity could start concentrating on important matters instead of whiling away precious time on fantastic ramblings.

In a perfect world? That would be nice.

I would just like a secular government and not get woken up at the crack of dawn by fundies.

Openmind is the hallmark of Atheism. In case, they insist on a mission to convert all in to their belief it would, in effect, be self-contradictory. Hence, they do never want that.

I want people to logically analyze their beliefs. If their religion can stand up to science and logic, more power to them.

I would just like to eliminate the bigotry and hatred that laces so much of religion.
