Third time's the charm. Give her another chance. If she blows it, tell your parents. That is supposed to be one of the perks of having a sister. You guys can tell each other things. I'm 17 and my sister is 19 now, but when she was 17 or 18, I walked in on her giving a guy head, and it was NOT pleasant. I know how you feel, but just don't worry about it, until it happens again. Then you have the right to tell. It is seriously disgusting, watching a sibling doing that, but try to get it out of your mind (I know, it seems impossible).
Good luck! I hope you're not scarred, lol.

Sex is a personal thing! You should text her about the situation, I'm pretty sure she won't want you tell anyone. If this really got you thinking, you should initiate the convo through text, so you have a better understanding of where she stand with the situation. Good Luck! And a "good" 16 year old doesnt exist!

Are you close to your sister or not? If you tell your parents you make a choice...it is a horrible one to make but a choice none the less. You have to choose basically between is your relationship as a trustworthy individual more important between you and your sister or your parents. If it was me I would try and talk to someone else before going straight up the chain of command to the parents. For instance, have you tried talking to a counselor at school? They usually are better at understanding delicate family situations because they have had close contact with you then random people on the internet. That is a tough choice to make...I do not envy you. Talk to someone in person and get it sorted out.
Good luck

I would get some information on being safe, and give it to her. I would also remind her that you have walked in on her 2 times. If you have caught her who is to say that your parents won't catch her. I would also set up an anonymous email account and send a message to your parents. I wouldn't say what she is doing just that there are rules being broken while they are gone. Then they have the choice to confront both of you, or walk in. If they confront you I wouldn't lie. Just say that you are not the one breaking the rules. I hope it works out for you.

No you shouldn't tell your parents, what kind of sister are you. Siblings are not supposed to rat each other out to there parents, what your supposed to do it black male her into doing something for you. These little gold mines of secrets don't come to often, use this to your advantage. I'm sure your sister would be more than happy to do your chores or something. Besides when you get older and start making mistakes of your own, don't you want your sister to watch your back.

She is having multiple strangers in the house and can be putting your safety at risk. I would tell on her ONLY for that reason. The fact that she is having multiple sex partners and is disrespecting herself is her problem. I probably wouldnt go as far to say mom/dad I caught her having sex...but I would say she has had different boys in the house.

Telling your parents won't do any good. At 16 if she wants to have sex she will. Tell her if you catch her again you will tell your parents. That might stop her from doing it where you can catch her...... You may need her to cover your back for you one day so don't tell the parents.....

Sure your sister's not a prostitute, if she's recording this?
She obviously does not respect herself, tell a parent before it it too late.
if she can open her legs all the time, she can go get her own place to live instead of mooching off people with good values.

Talk to your sister.... make sure she has birth control... don't tell your parents..
Yes, I know you are only 14, but your views on the subject may change in a few years... and there's no point in alienating your sister... just make sure she's safe....

Eh, I wouldn't tell your parents unless you are honestly concerned with her. If you start to see her partaking in a deleterious lifestyle(involving maybe drugs), then I would inform your parents.
Oh yea... I doubt it's her second time, they say a criminal gets away with a crime 10 times before they're caught. You've caught her twice, probly her 20th time!
