You mean a date?

It's not well-known, though we know, according to Isaiah that it was after the creation of the earth (b/c that's where he and his co-horts, a third of heaven's angels were banished to) and shortly after his rebellion against the LORD:

"How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High. Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

Notice how it says Lucifer was "cut down to the ground".

It is not known "exactly." But is was sometime before God created Adam and the restoration of the earth of Genesis 1. Because that is when Lucifer became known as Satan the Devil, and it was the Devil who deceived Eve.

But Satan will be cast from heaven again, just before the return of Jesus Christ (Revelation 12:7-17).

the year was 1914.
Bible prophecy shows that appointed time came in 1914 C.E. However, someone will ask, 'Rather than perfect government, did not 1914 mark the start of increased world woes?' That is exactly the point! There is a close connection between the coming of God's Kingdom and the catastrophic events of recent years, as we shall now see.

For some 35 years prior to 1914, The Watchtower (now the most widely distributed religious magazine on earth) had been calling attention to 1914 as a year marked in Bible prophecy. These prophecies began to have a remarkable fulfillment in 1914. One of these was Jesus' own prophecy, uttered 1,900 years ago, concerning "the sign" that would appear at the end of the system of things and that would prove that he was invisibly present with kingly power. In answer to his disciples' question about this "sign," he said: "Nation will rise against nation and kingdom against kingdom, and there will be food shortages and earthquakes in one place after another. All these things are a beginning of pangs of distress." (Matthew 24:3, 7, 8) In striking fulfillment, the first of the world wars started in 1914, bringing destruction seven times greater than all the 900 wars of the preceding 2,500 years! Pangs of distress have continued ever since. Have you experienced the war destruction, the food shortages, or any of the great earthquakes that have plagued the earth since 1914? If so, you have been an eyewitness of "the sign" of "the time of the end" of this system of things.—Daniel 12:4.

According to Revelation 12:7 after the book of Revelation was written (96 C.E)

Revelation is about thing in the future, of the apostle John.

So that happened after the first century, when the prophecy of Daniel 4:10-15 finished.

When that happened?

since 607 B.C.E until 1914 C.E, was 2520 years or 7 times of 360 years.
