God cannot do something that is impossible. There is nothing that is so big that it cannot be lifted. But God could create a rock so big that it would take the force of all the atomic explosions of all the atoms in the Universe to move it.

Good question! At first you want to say yes, God can create anything he wants. But if God could create anything, then wouldn't he be able to lift anything he wants? Quite the conundrum...
