You can twist scripture around to justify and prove just about anything you want. Many people do it and end up decieving themselves and others. You can take a verse out of context (ignoring others in the Bible) and apply it in all different types of situations. In the verses you quoted reference Jesus' summary of the Old Testament Law. Of course, the OT law included the 10 Commandments, two of which forbid coveting your neighbor's wife (hot or otherwise) and forbid adultery. Scripture never contradicts itself. Finally, you would not want YOUR neighbor having an illicit affair with YOUR own wife, would you? This is a rhetorical question. Of course, I'm assuming you're answer is 'No.'

NO! neighbor means every one around you not the just the person who lives next door, and do you want to be cheated on? adultery is a sin you would know that if read the whole Bible and not just the parts you like. you should read the Bible through and if you still don't get it read it again. you need to find Jesus from all that reading, not an excuse to sin. if an excuse is what your looking for you'll never find one.

For the upright are the ones that will reside in the earth, and the blameless are the ones that will be left over in it. As regards the wicked, they will be cut off from the very earth; and as for the treacherous, they will be torn away from it.
What about you, what category do you fall in?

Are you so shallow that you don't know the difference between "loving your neighbor" and "lusting after your neighbor"? But then even a dolt can see you are just attempting to be a troll.

Hmmm...have to take into consideration the commandment against coveting your neighbor's wife. It doesn't, however, preclude coveting your neighbor himself.
So, unless you want HIM, I think you're out of luck.

I think you might be stretching that one just a bit..
However when you talk about a "HOT" neighbor.. when HE finds out... he will be HOT alright..

If you've figured out how you can screw yourself, it would seem that you are good to go.
