everythings good for you in small amounts, just dont have too much of it and you will be fine! Plus avocado is considered a "perfect food" and is one of the healthiest (and nicest) things to eat, salmon is also the top fish for eating, very good for you.

Both salmon and avocado have the good types of fat in them - so enjoy them! Of course, overindulging in any one food can be unhealthy, but I'll bet you get sick of salmon and avocado rolls before it gets to that point.

The one thing you do have to worry about is increasing your exposure to mercury - farm-raised salmon have higher levels of mercury than wild salmon. It can be a problem if you are eating salmon more than twice or three times a week. Check with your sushi chef about where the salmon comes from if you are eating that much.

The sushi is OK but that avocado is the culprit with all those calories. Try different Rolls that don't have the avocado. Personally I like the Rolls that have the Tabika eggs ( like Salmon eggs, only real small) Then for hours after you eat them you can suck out a tiny egg from between your teeth and crunch it with your incisors and get a burst of flavor.

Salmon and avocado are both foods that are high in fat and are not traditionally used in sushi (well not in Japan anyway). However, salmon and avocado have GOOD fat (not all fat is bad for you). Salmon and avocado sushi will have significantly higher calories than traditional sushi but they are not all that bad calories. The fat from salmon is particularly healthy for you but it IS fat.

Sushi is actually very healthy. Fish, especially salmon is good for heart health. Seaweed and rice are also very healthy for you.

Sushis are very good for health, unless you're pregnant
I loooove the californian rolls :P
When you think about it it's fish, rice with veggies :)
Just check in the menu to see if there's mayo in it, which might be a little fat --- but no biggie compared to (let's say) a mc-burger

Sushi is good. I love sushi. I make sushi at home once a month. :)
Are you pregnant??Pregnant women can not eat raw fish.
But raw fish is good for your brain and your health.
If you eat regular and not too much everything will be okay.
Everything if you consume too much it will be over for your body and it cause a problem.
