Gee whiz, A .40 is where people start dieing. At a .54 you should be toes up with a lilly in your hand. So yeas if you had a BAC that high you are well over the limit. Not only should you be arrested for DWI but need to be taken to the hospital for medical attention.
All that alcohol is going straight to your waist.
The highest I ever got was a .47 on a blood test from a guy that was passed out behind the wheel at a red light.

Dude, it is time for you to get a life. Your fake height & weight BS is getting old, as are your ridiculous questions.
And as many have said, at .54 BAC, you would be dead or at least in a coma. .40-.50 is the general norm for alcohol overdose leading to death. At .54, you would almost certainly not survive and if you did, the likelihood is that you would be a vegetable......well, I guess that wouldn't be a big change from how you are now.
Go away and find something productive to do with your time that isn't here!!!
FWIW, I have arrested 2 people who were over .50 but they were 20+ year alcoholics and they were both hospitalized due to the extent of their state of intoxication. One was a public drunk arrest that stemmed from an overdose call......he was .53 when they admitted him to the ER. The other was a DUI and he blew a .51......scary stuff!!!

well, since .08 is the legal limit, common sense would dictate that at .54 you would be arrested. At .54 you would not be driving and would be dead or near death. Like most of your questions, this one is BS and makes no sense. I do however suggest that you go out and drink yourself to .54 and let us know how it went.
What is it your turn on the computer at the nut house again?

for one ur a dumb *** b/c if ur bac was .54% u would be dead!! and how i know this is b/c at .40 u go into Unconsciousness and or die so therefore u wouldnt be here. if u drank that much u would have passed the **** out and either ended up in the hospital or died on the spot so there is no way ur B.A.C was that high.

First of all, they can stop you anytime you are driving, doesn't matter if you were almost home. Secondly, .54? you would not be alive. .08 is the limit, so anything above that is DWI, and DUI can be given at even lower levels.

In 30+ years, the highest I've seen (in an live person) was a reading of .36.... and he was barely breathing.
.54 would mean death. Period.
Again, I must ask, does your mommy know you're using her computer?

What? YES of course you can. You shouldn't drive drunk and nonetheless why not admit your mistakes and suffer the punishment. You will get less far if you try to life. Look at Michael Vick.. he lied and it screwed him. Admit you were drunk and out of line and enroll in an AA Class immeadiately. This will help you in court.
