Once you cook something it is sterilized. Since you have not opened it no spores have been able to get in and it should be just fine. Once you open it danger of contamination begins, but it takes a while. Everytime you heat it to a certain temperature it sterilizes it again.

Repeat after me. Any food should be unrefrigerated no more than 3-4 hours total during it's life. Since SOME unrefrigerated time is unavoidable during processing and transportation, you should never eat anything that's been unrefrigerated more than an hour. (This is true primarily for foods containing protein, but it only takes a tiny amount of chicken to drop into the rice to contaminate the whole, so use the rule for everything.) Also, rules about letting a food come to 'room temperature' before refrigerating were devised in previous decades, when refrigerators weren't as efficient as they are now. No matter how hot a food is, refrigerate it! Trust me, it's easier to discard some leftovers than to go through a real toilet-hugging, stomach-pumping bout of food poisoning.

It's probably too late, but here are some quotes from a Food Handler's Manual:
If you must make food in advance or save left
over food, cool it as fast as you can to prevent
bacteria growth and toxin production.
Reheating will not destroy toxins.
You can choose several ways to cool food. No
matter how you cool the food, it must drop from
140 oF (60 oC) to 70 oF (21 oC) within two hours
and then drop from 70 oF (21 oC) to 41 oF(5 oC)
within the next four hours.
Another thought, that lasagna has meat in it. NO meat left out will save unless you live in an igloo.

As much acidity as there is in the lasagna from the tomatoes, and if the room was cool and it were covered, refrigerate it immediately and reheat it in the microwave till it's piping steaming hot and it will be fine....if this were summer, I'd not take the chance with salvaging it.....It'll be fine......

Yes it will be fine...everything in it is already cooked, so nothing raw was left out, so you are fine to eat it...

Since it was baked and there is no meat in it, I guess it is safe to eat, but only if you reheat to a high enough temp to kill all bacteria, first.
