Which of these do you like the most and/or use in order to recharge during/after a really good workout?
Sports drinks really aren't recommended to drink unless you're working out bcuz they could break down your tooth enamel but
chocolate milk, besides being a nice treat for us chocolate lovers, actually is a recommended after-workout drink so I go with that sometimes .. Gatorade is cool & has become classic (I like Gatorade Rain) but there are other sports drinks so what do you use & why?

H20 is the best way to go. BETTER then gatorade or any other sport drink. And of cours chocolate milk. It has alot of calories, though it is REALLLLLLLLLLLLL good;) but when I do have a sport drink I love Propel water. It taste real good. Better then gatorade or powerade.

Water, all the way!
Well, say I work out and burn 250 calories. Then I drink a 12 oz gatorade (310 calories). I've just wasted the entire workout session by adding back the 250 calories, plus an additional 60.
Gatorade is necessary if you're playing football or a sport and need the energry and calories back. If I'm working out to loose weight, then it's absolutely ridiculous to drink gatorade.
Propel isn't as many calories though, so If I must I'll grab one of those.

I drink Propel Fitness Water. It's actually water and doesn't have so much sugar in it. With Gatorade, the first two ingredients are high fructose corn syrup and sucrose. EW! I understand our bodies need to replace sugars after exercising, but I think that's excessive. To date, Propel is the only drink I've found that doesn't have a sugar overkill on the ingredient label.
If I don't have Propel handy, I drink water.

I also like Gatorade Rain, but I usually stick with water, its free. If I drink milk right after a work-out, I get a little nauseated.

Hi, sweetie!
I can't have choco milk, not even the soy kind. I won't say I'm lactose intolerant, as there are some dairy products I can have, and lactaid pills and products don't help me.
I prefer water most of the time, sometimes Powerade/Gatorade.
When I went to this one gym, I used to go to, I was guilty of drinking pop while working out at first!

For me, chocolate milk. I don't much like the flavour of most sports drinks, and while plain water is good at rehydration, the sugar in chocolate milk helps me regain the energy lost faster.
Not so good if you're diabetic or lactose intolerant (or both!)
