It will be a Kingdom of Heaven.

God will be King. God is The Just & Wisest.

He will enforce His own Laws but God will never need to use His Laws.

Dwellers in Heaven will love each other.

Every one will get to see the hell, and sinners being punished
in hell fire.

No one will do wrong for fear of being sent in hell.

Every one will get what he/she will desire to have.

It will be absolute and eternal peace in Heaven.

Those who don't believe in God's Laws will not be there any way so they don't have to be concerned about the strict Laws in Heaven.
