Is there any medical equipment that shows a narrowed intestine around the apendix?

I am suffering with intestinal pain around my left lower bely for long years. I feel that there is something that blocked the free passage of food in that particular location(lower left bely). The pain is sever when I go to bed and awakens me in the middle of the night about 4:00AM. It always vomits me. But I couldn't n convince my doctors that there is something that blocked the free passage of waste about the location where my appendix is located. Is there any medical equipment that could show problems of partial obstractions in the intestine? please help I have suffered enough of that. Thanks

first, the appendix is NOT on the lower LEFT side, the only thing there is bowel, and an ovary if you are female. Perhaps your problem is chronic constipation, but there are many tests available that a doctor can use to determine obstruction.
If you are having any bowel movements tho, there is no obstruction. That leaves you back with chronic constipation, or perhaps irritable bowel syndrome. See a gastroenterologist for a full work up.
