In the meat trade it is known as BUNG. I am sure that Morrisons sell it in presliced packs but not in the whole sausage in its red skin.

Probably called bung because they bung all the scrap meat of the pig into the mincer, cheek, chin, snout, eyelids, ears etc.

Many years ago you could get all the meat from a pigs head including the brain boiled down. Poured into long 4" trays, when it was cold the meat pieces were suspended in a thick jelly. This delicacy was called BRAWN. How I miss it.

I think what you mean is square sausage or scotch sausage try Morrison's frozen food Cabernet
