The warranty only covers defects and problems with the power train, things that make the car run, the engine and stuff. Insurance is supposed to cover accidents.

Warranty - no. Insurance - yes. Was a police report filed? If they locate the person responsible their insurance will cover it and pay the deductible. Otherwise, your folks will pay the deductible. Unless they paid cash for the vehicle, they had to have insurance to get a loan.

I am really different around my family. I live in a very religious family, and my parents hate pretty much all of the people that I am friends with, and think that everything that I am interested in is a waste of time. I find it hard to relate to them, so normally we don't get along. I am usually pretty quiet or insanely loud(depending on the situation) with my friends. MP: I am listening to Golden Cage by The Whitest Boy Alive, it makes me feel calm.

Warranties do not cover car wrecks, that's on the vehicle owner. That's why your parents should have car insurance.

just to let you know, your insurance will only increase if your parents were found at fault, only if your at fault. Your insurance premium can't increase for something you were not liable for!!!!!! collision will cover for the damage or uninsured motorist property damage

if you had insurance on it, they will cover part of it. Ofcourse, they will raise your premium because of it(your parents will end up paying for it in the long run).

No warranties cover car accidents. You should let your parents figure this one out on their own. You will not be of any help to them.

your insurance will covers it, because if your parent bought it with loans, the loaner will requires full coverage insurance on it, and most full coverage insurance includes collision.

you're all set, but don't be surprise if they insurance skyrockets.

No, they will have to pay out of pocket or use there insurance. If there deductable is more then the cost of repairs, then just pay for it out of pocket.
