I have been having some cravings for healthy food! Weird, huh? Especially green beans, the cut kind! What would be a reason for this?

Your body knows when you are missing minerals,vitamins, and is sending you a signal. Be thankful that you are not craving junk food.

Sometimes it's some vitamin our bodies are lacking and this will cause the cravings for healthy food.

You seem to have contracted the dreaded "heathy diet virus." I recommend going to a doctor immediately because if you do not get this taken care of, the next thing you know you will be eating tofu 24 hours a day an liking it. GET HELP NOW.

Sometimes when you have a vitamin deficiency you crave foods that have the things you need. As long as your not craving pizza and Ben and Jerry's, Have At!!!!!

On the other hand maybe thats just what you fancy right at the moment - I am really into sardines at the moment and I used to hate them.

it could b ur getting used to them. i love water, soda is nasty and other bad drinks i dont even like anymore. water or sport drinks. personally i think ive actually convinced myself that these things r delicious so there for they r.
i wish i could trick myself into believing green beans r good YUCK!
