Who claims to know everything? I've never seen any atheist claim they know everything. As far as your question goes, is it colder in the winter than in the country makes no sense at all.

Well while I am not an Atheist (good job on spelling it right btw) I will try to answer your question just for fun.
At the moment the Temp in Winter, WI is 11F with a real feel temp of 23F. I am sure it is colder in other places but it would all depend on which country you would like to compare it to? did you mean the country as in no the city? or did you mean the country as in France, U.S., Canada?

Not being an atheist, I haven't the slighest idea what this question means. Or is the implication that as a Christian I should know?

On the other hand, I'm in the country, and it is winter, so I can tell you it is colder.

Winter is a season, country is a place. Comparing a place and a season is not rational, but then I don't think you've ever been accused of rationality.

I think religious folk are the only ones who claim to know everything. It's pretty easy to be an expert on any topic if you think the answer is always "God".
