To those who claim Santa to be satanic, I say "Prove It". Santa is a myth created to give children hope in hopeless times. These times are about as hopeless as the times during the 'dark ages', so what better to have than a ray of sunshine for those who may choose not to be Christian. Give a kid a toy and tell all those who cry satanic and paganism "Bah and Humbug to you and your cultish religions". And nowhere in the Bible does it say "Thou shalt not worship the Lord thy God by celebrating His only Son's birthday". regardless of the day.

The "spirit" of Santa is really good. The whole "be good so Santa won't bring you coal" thing is rather bad. People should be taught to be good LIKE Santa, and not taught to be good to receive from Santa.
To the above post: Santa is NOT satanic, as Santa originated from St. Nickolas, an actual saint who was a Christian.

Always have, always will. Seems to be a few who think that they will be in heaven and because I like Santa, I won't be. I'll be glad to drip a little water from my seat next to God to them if they don't repent of their self-righteous ways. I, like Dondi, have seen no mention of Santa being satanic in my Bible, but it does say to have not graven images of anything on earth or in heaven, and I'll bet they all have pictures of what is supposed to be Jesus on their walls. Oh well, they want us to do as they say, not as they do, for God really must be a respecter of persons after all, and they are special.

I have no love for Santa ...my parents yes, who worked hard every year to give myself and my other four sibilings the best Christmas for that I'm grateful and that God embodied them with strength to do it ...Santa gets credit for nothing and never will not with my family ...

yes. good samaritans are selfless. they bring joy, happiness and magic to others as you said. santa is one such imaginary person. why not we learn from him? it takes so much of effort to improve ourselves. you need to be generous in giving. the more you give, you'll get back. if your heart is clean ,everything becomes beautiful within.

why dont you mature girl and realise there is no santa or st nicholas.its an anagram of satan and i dont see many starving children and bombed out families in the middle east benefiting from the false satanic christian spirit.so yes be santa and humble yourself and do without your preconceived idea of a birth that never happened unless it happened within as christ consciousness or divine holy wisdom if your female, and give away all this year to someone less fortunate then yourself and i tell you you will have riches where moths and rust can never touch them.

Santa is NOT satanic.....what a strange thing to say....
Yes, I love the idea of Santa. I know that he's doesn't exist. But it does bring out the child in us all. And how in the world can that be a bad thing?
