I have athesma and I exercise at least 3 times per week. The problem with asthema and loosing weight is learinging how your body responds to your level of exertion. You see if you exercise too hard your body will start to burn the sugar in your muscles and not your fat.
You need to keep a low-impact fat-burning workout as oppose to a muscle-building or cardio workout. Avoid the bad carbs in starch or potatoes as well, while turning your diet to the good carbs that can be found in vegetables and beans.
You may still have difficulty loosing 30 pounds in 5 months but you will see progress by this time. This is the only safe way I see for you to achieve your goal with an asthema problem.

Pam,
yes it is possible to lose that much weight in 5 months, I understand that you feel because of your astma you can't exercise, but you can do light exercise even if it is just walking a longer distance every other day. I lost my weight with Herbalife products and I know you can do with out exercise because when I got started on the products I had a broken back and was not allowed to do any thing physical at all, I lost 20 lbs in 2 weeks and over 12 inches of body fat
I do not think that you need to lose as much weight as you say you want to, but a few pounds won' t hurt

I hope this helps good luck

Talk to your doctor - asthma doesn't always mean that exercise is a no-no.

It is possible, just eat sensibly, don't cut food groups out and get enough water.

There are simplest three matters that occur when you die. one million. People which might be nonetheless alive that real cherished you'll pass over you extraordinarily and cry plenty for months...possibly years. two. Living humans that almost always did not understand you'll be doing exotic matters on your frame like embalming or cremation. three. You start to decompose and finally rot into undiscernible grime.

I would seriously doubt it, certainly not safely

sometimes we have to play the cards we're dealt, no offence intended but maybe you should just try and push through it.
