If the rest of your family is tall, it is more likely that you'll be tall. As you are male, you are probably about to start a growth spurt, boys carry on growing longer than girls as a rule of thumb. You've still got a while to go before you reach your full height, so don't worry.
Also, environmental factors can affect growth. For example, poor diet can. make sure you eat well (fruit, veg, crabs, protein, fat, milk & dairy - those are the basic food groups). Get enough sleep and do some exercise. basicly, be healthy.

At 14 boys are usually shorter than girls, but as soon as u hit 16 u will grow much taller. There was a boy in my class that was 5ft, one of the shortest in my class, and now he's grown much taller and he's the 12th tallest in my class. So don't worry u will grow! And remember it doesn't matter what height you are, other things like ur personality and other features can make up for it!

I just can't quite grasp why these kids are asking this question?
Don't they learn anything at all in school any more?
Quite frankly, a 14 y/o child should be intelligent enough to
understand that there is nothing they can personally do/eat or
whatever to make a difference in their height!

Nothing you can do except wait.
Between my parents, one short, the other tall, I fell in between their heights.

Try to remain alive for a few more years. If you can do that, chances are that you will grow taller.
