the dream foretells of his 7 years of acting like an animal. you can find it in Daniel chapter 4 -6.
Nebuchadnezzar holds himself up to be very great on by his own doing.which God holds jugement on Nebuchadnezzar and takes away his sane mind. Nebuchadnezzar ends up spending 7 years after which he repents and God restores him. included a couple of links.
