Well, this is an actual case. A guy tried to sue Satan for all of his problems (the guy actually did have a pretty sucky life.) However, the case was dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. (In a nutshell, that means that Satan doesn't live in the US or have enough contacts here.)
Ultimately, a lawsuit against God would also fail. But what does that say about God if he doesn't have enough contact with earthlings that we can have personal jurisdiction over him?
Aw, the silliness.

Supposing that you could find a court in this world or any other that would acknowledge a lawsuit against God, you would never win. Acknowledging the existence of a God also acknowledges him as having an authority beyond that of common man. You would, therefore, be suing someone for doing God's perfect will, and you would lose.

well, look up in the phone book for one of those lawyers... one of those kind with an ad that has something like "have you been hurt in an accident?" ... you probably have seen them in your area... I bet they even have a tv commercial where you live. Give them a call and tell them you want to sue God... I bet they will help you with that for the publicity.
OR if you live in Mississippi, you can call Dickie Scruggs law office... they need some publicity right now... maybe they will take your case.

You can certainly file a lawsuit against God. Just get a lawyer.
You'd certainly win as he would never show up in court. Collecting, however, might be a bit of a problem.

The irrationality necessary for the thought of suing God is just one delusionary step from the one required to do it... so just keep walking down the path you are on, and it will happen.

You can sue, but you will have to stand in line behind the billions of dead people who discovered that there is no heaven or hell, and that they completely wasted their lives on superstitious nonsense and selfish self righteous preaching.

Wow, God doesn't give everything you ask, especially if you will use it for your own gain, and especially when you know you will do that. And when you ask for frivolous things, especially things that aren't of God, why would he answer?
