Well first off dont buy regular tuna, and dont buy it in a can. Buy Albacore in the packets for about $1. Albacore tuna tastes much better and you wont have to deal with those stinky cans. I eat it everyday and put it on top of cooked green beans or corn, nothing special.

I've never found anything like that in a tuna can before, but then again I don't eat the stuff. But yeah, my grandmother always told me not to eat egg salad, chicken salad, meatloaf, tuna salad or anything of the sort out at a restaurant because you never know whats in them.

I like to put tuna on an english muffin cover with a slice of low fat cheese and cook it in the oven on broil. Tasty.

With a nice salad, any vegetables you like. Also, you could just eat it as it is, but I find it's hard to eat more than just 1/2 the can this way. Alternatively, make a sandwich using wholemeal bread.

Mix up the tuna with some white rice (unless your on a low-carb diet) and heat both, then pour some soy sauce on it,tastes like a chinese chicken dish.

There's other variations of this, you can use dirty rice and pour hot sauce, or mexican rice and salsa ect ect ect....
