Yes, He does believe and hopes that one day or another this mischievious son of Mine will be on right path to come to me.

Why does the almighty prefer a seek occasion? The author of Universe could be a verifiable certainty. Over 3000 G/gods because mankind began to contemplate the universe, all taken on faith to exist, yet the place are they.... particularly? they have all lived contained in the hearts and minds of believers....basically like various theory. human beings provide their G/gods substance, so which you're proper in case you seek for God, you will discover IT. Why wouldn't he believe in us...?
If you believe he created us...then isn't it a given he would, uhh, believe in his creation? Isn't it a tad bit silly to think that he created something, or everything, and doesn't even believe in it?
What kind of idiotic, illogical God do you believe in?
or non thereof...
Oh -no intention of being condescending, condemning, or judgmental, just a little bit of questioning here; sorry if you take it the wrong way...

Pre-conditions, believing and non-believing will come in the picture only when God is separate from us. From God's perspective God is in us and we are in God, like fish in water and water in fish!
Today morning I heard a song in Hindi - "Tu Vakta Hai, Mai Hoon Lamha, Kaisay Hongay Juda..." means "You (God) are time, and I am a moment (fraction in that time), how can we be separate..."!!
Apparent separation is from our perspective, because of wrong-knowledge (identification with inert and ever changing matter) which we carry.

I agree with Astro, CosmicCoyote, and Radhakrishna. Can't imagine that Source ponders anything since Source IS ALL. To think of anything implies that thing is separate. God is All in All. We humans "believe" in ourselves, and that ability emanates from but is not active in All That Is. To "believe" anything this God would have to have human qualities, which cannot be. I am Sirius

I think of God as the creative energy that facilitates this existence, but a part of me can almost imagine God as my favorite high school teacher (Mr. Teplitz) always interested in what I was doing, remembered my details and egged me on the greater things. He helped me get over my fear (terror, really) of speaking in front of others. I can see God in this light - sometimes. Kind of like my own personal Hagrid, you know? I think God believes in me - absolutely.
Peace!

This is an oversimplified question, Aum. What are you looking for from us here today to ask this, I wonder? The God and the all is One. Belief is a human condition, just as this question is.

Oh! It is almost like asking.... "Do you believe in your hands, legs, (etc)......" !
We need to believe only when we do not 'know' of our own experience, knowledge, perception, etc.
God , as we understand, know everything, and IS everywhere. So God would be experiencing us inside out, all the time! Where is the "need" for God to believe in us?
(And, please, try to find a way to reconsider that "thumbs-up" offer, it is better only if the answer deserves , in your view!)

Man is different than God is an illusion. Man's body is created out of nature. God neither believes anybody nor disbelieves anybody.

If there is a God, there is little evidence to suggest he CARES about you or is interested in helping you with your problems. But, would he believe in your existence? Yes, in all likelihood. Of course, we can only speculate. It's possible our universe is nothing more than a vast petri dish, in which the creator is still exploring its diverse characteristics.
