I usually just eat as much as I want because it's hard to get the daily amounts we need anyway. However certain veggies can have trace minerals that we can get too much of. Keep your diet balanced - if you've already had an apple, have a pear. If you've already had a salad, try a different one with different ingredients on it. Protein can be very good on salad too, my personal favorite is artificial crab but you can also use chicken or shrimp.

I wouldn't just sit down and eat one thing all day either anyway. Hahaha. You should be just fine.

Fruits and Veggies, all you want. Just don't bread and fry them. Fresh, vine ripe, organic raw, is the best but with new methods of canning and freezing even those veggies are great. and in some cases the canned and frozen are actually closer to vine-ripe than the ones you got at the grocery store.

Most of the produce you get at the store, were harvested 2 to 3 week prior to prime time and then shipped, refrigerated, dyed, nukes, gassed and what every else they do to them and so when you buy them there isn't much nutrition in them.

vegetables you can consume as much as you can handle. the level of body fat that a person has should determine their intake of simple sugars regardless of the source. the level of body fat is a direct indicator of the bodies current ability to metabolize and utilize nutrients efficiently. when the body is lean insulin sensitivity (IS) is high and more nutrients are transported into the muscle cell and less into the fat cell. as IS decreases the level of body fat increases and less nutrients are transported into the muscle cell and more get converted to lipids and stored in the fat cell. so if the primary goal is to reduce body fat then simple sugars from all sources including fruits should be minimal which means only several serving daily and they should be consumed as early in the day as possible. IS naturally decreases as the day progresses which is one of many reasons why the carb intake should be highest at breakfast then tapper down with each meal/snack with dinner ultimately being carb free and only proteins and veggies.

You can eat as much of them as you want.

(Physically, you can do this with all the food groups, but eating all the fat you want day in, day out, wouldn't be that healthy).

Just don't forget about the other food groups, fats, crabs, proteins etc. Fruit and veg are low in calories and full of nutrients. When you cook them, you can lose some of the nutrients, so steaming is said to be the best way to cook them, but raw is fine! (Unless it's a potato...)

veggies generally have a net carb value of around 0, so they take as much energy to get through your system as they have in them, which is great! it's like worry free food!

Fruit you have to be careful about, a cup of strawberries has something like 200 calories, an avacado is loaded with fatty oils and their good calories, but still be caeful, fruit isn't as innocent as people think.

you can eat all the vegetables and fruit you want, just remember to eat other things as well (beans, some meat, etc). i don't believe a purely vegetarian diet is good. you need to find a balance and eat a little bit of everything (except if you are allergic to something)

you can eat as much veggies and fruits as you want so long as you are not eating all the ice cream and cookies you want as well.
