Ok, I decided to learn Russian, and I am starting a course at college next semester. But, just to listen to the language, I got a link for Russian TV.

I go to RTR Planeta ( Number 4) and click on 128Kbps

Is that language on that TV Russian or Ukranian?

RTR Planeta is one of major Russian TV-channels (actually, the first R in its name means Russian). It's located in Moscow, and here it their official web site:
