It's your dad's ugly problem, He must deal with it. But I must agree with "The Scorpion". If you are planning a future with your boyfriend, don't move in. There are many causes of Divorce this is just one. I live the pain everyday, as due my children. What you think you gain is false. It may bring you physically closer, but growth in emotional closeness stops.

Outside of the racial issue, you are making a HUGE mistake moving in with someone you aren't married to. I wouldn't even worry about your father, a true racist doesn't think rationally so it's not really relevent what he thinks or does.
