First off, why would you tell her upfront that you want to do that stuff with her? Do you know her well enough that she would be willing to do that with you? If it were me, I wouldn't tell her like that. I would just get to know her. A relationship can develop or maybe she can be friend with benefits.
If you really want to release your horniness, try something that all guys do when they're in that position. You know what I am talking about.

If it's just sex you're looking for, you might want to find another woman. This woman knows that's what you're looking for, and that's why she turned you down. If she wanted just sex, she would have slept with you regardless of how much you talked to her. She wants more than a one night stand or a sex based relationship.
If you want to pursue an actual relationship with her, then start by talking to her more. Get to know her by spending time with her and taking her on dates. As the relationship develops, then you can move to the sexual stage.

Your basic honesty is very nice start.
But she seems to think your not quite man-slave material yet.

blah blah blah. I'm sure you may get this kind of response from most ladies. So try calling them more, talking to them more and getting to know them more first. Find another woman, don't talk that way to another woman but do things with her and talk regularly so that in time you and she ease into a sexual relationship. Almost every woman get stupid proposals like yours from clumsy males who think about sex too much and about human beings too little.
