Yes. When something reaches the limit of reason it becomes unreasonable. Take religion for example.

Reason cannot tell you what truly "is". Perception is deceiving.
This is why there are very intelligent scholars in all the religions of the world. They're not having a problem with their reasoning skills... its perception that is the Achilles heel of rationality.

I believe Existentalism and Post-modernist western philosophy brings a variety of critiques against reason.
The one that rings in my head is the admonishment of David Hume, one of the first philosophers i read outside of my native tongue.

Yes, for example: can you answer this question with a simple 'no'?
there is no way to reason that out
if you say, "Yes" you have not answered with a simple 'no'
if you say, "no" you have answered with a simple 'no', but you have answered in the negative thereby contradicting yourself
