This guy is in law enforcement, yet he is homophobic,
Pro Hate, Anti Immigration, Anti LIberal
Anti Abortion, Anti Gay marriage, Anti green movement,
Anti Islam. Pro gun, and CLEARLY racist, ignorant and close-minded.....
So, if he stopped you for something routine, and you had a bumper sticker on your car showing you supported one of the things he was clearly against, would you be worried that he would treat you unfairly .... ??
And -- is "bejeesus" even a word ...?
Thanks for your thoughtful repsonses ..........

Immigration can pose problems for us due to the fact that all parts of the world are not on the same standard with us.
Islam, along with other religions are causing alot of the hatred and intolerance in the global community today.
Guns help us defend ourselves from morons that will own guns weather or not it is legal and shoot at us.
Some people are not ready to endorse the homosexual lifestyle into our society due to the fact that it will rub off on our children and inevitable make some of them gay, even though we do not have any malice towards gay people we would like for them to not preach it as the lifestyle of choice to everyone
In a perfect world we could do without abortions, however we are not living in that world so i think we better not ban them because it will hurt the good of the many, but late abortions after the nervous system is allready functioning and responsive to pain could be considered unethical.
There are some things we should try and protect and not be to liberal on.
There is nothing good about racism and hatred though.
I cannot watch the video due to computer bandwith but i just wanted to stress that these ideas are not all due to bigotry and ignorance, some of them have an underlying real concern

Sounds just like my brother, the policeman. Would he treat you unfairly? Pretty much everyone he pulls over he'll treat with contempt regardless of conviction. Generally speaking, laws that regulate law enforcement do a decent job of keeping officers' personal views from affecting how they do their jobs. And there are officers I know of who have been dismissed or sanctioned for unbecoming behavior.
But, no, I do not like it that the guy has authority over me in civic matters. But, honestly, when it comes time to send soldiers into a proper battle (military v. military, no civilians in the way), when all attempts at empathy and reconciliation have finally failed and conflict becomes inevaitable, this might be exactly the type of person you want.

Actually, he doesn't scare me at all. From his profile, you cannot tell if it is racist or ignorant. We really don't understand why he choose his stances. I have heard convincing arguments both against and for his stances - all coming from logical, open-minded, educated people. I have also heard horrible arguments to - coming from close-minded and ignorant people.
He doesn't state that he is homophobic. I have heard people who were pro-gay but anti-gay marriage. There's nothing stating he hates these groups. He just see them as illogical and equally closeminded. As he said, librals have shown him that they are only "tollerant" towards people who support their own agenda. He is just calmly stating what he is and is not.
Why don't you ask him why he doesn't support those ideals before making claims about him.

He clearly has a problem.
However, he can disagree with any of the aforementioned, and the agenda of any group touting those mission/movements. He has his right to be who he is, even if he is a cop. We can't and never should screen someones personal beliefs to qualify them for a job.
Being open and affirming, liberal, pro-..., etc.., doesn't necessarily make an opinion right, only PC.

Not really, because law enforcement is sworn to protect the common good of the people, and someone's views, so long as they are legal, don't justify judging whether or not someone can do their job. If you do this, you're just as prejudice and discriminatory as he is.
And yes, BeJeesus came to the world shortly after A-Jesus was crucified. He didn't catch on nearly as much as his predecessor.

I have long hair and a beard. My eyes are almost always droopy because I don't sleep much during the week-
a bumper sticker on my car when getting pulled over is the least of my concerns.
Have you had your break today?

The profile won't click through - but yes, I've had the misfortune of knowing a few bigoted LE types, and I wouldn't count on justice from them.

I couldn't open the profile for some reason, but from what I've read in your question - you bet I'd be scared! He is after all the person ''above'' me and I have a hunch he'd abuse his position.

The link doesn't work -- or maybe he's been banned. Either way, even by your account, I hope I don't live in his town. I have an "Evolve" fish and an atheist emblem on my car.
