I'm assuming that you think that Christianity is the one true religion. It may shock you to learn that 'false' religions like Hinduism and Judiaism have been around a lot longer than Christianity. Also, atheism isn't a religion. It's the lack of one. Atheists don't walk in the dark. They don't see the need for a magical fairy in the sky to protect them. I would say that that is a lot more enlightened that using a big beard in the sky to justify all your arguments.

Do what John? I thought this was a place for questions not lectures.
But if it is lectures u want - I can give plenty. How about:
"The fallacy that is the bible"
"The 100 major contradictions of the bible"
"How religion can muck up lives"
At least when I give a lecture I back it up with evidence and facts. So why not come into the light of facts and reject the false light of mythology.

According to the 2000 census the only religion that is 'falling' is Christianity. The fastest growing are Buddhism, Paganism, and Atheism. So who's falling?

What about the Christians who are supposed to walk in the light? They fall too. Look around you.

I'm not sure what you mean by "falling," but since the number of pagans and Wiccans in the U.S. grew from 8,000 in 1990 to 134,000 in 2001 and currently stands at an estimated 750,000, I don't think you need to worry about us.
Or maybe you do.
Blessed Yule.

In my experience Christians do as well or worse than those not clouded by mysticism. Cute little dark & light analogy though... really cute

Better stop living in the dark on your knees with your head bowed and your eyes closed.

False premise. I don't recall falling at any point.
Sounds like someone's in the light so much they can't see too clearly.

There are plenty of street lights where I live. Unless we have a power outage and then we have flashlights. Are you completely stupid?
