i was travelling on this highway and wanted to take a u-turn.
i saw this lane which had left only written on it but u-turn not allowed. so i took this left turn to go inside the lane and then come around. There were many trucks parked there and it was like any other road. Suddently the cop pulled over and gave me a ticket for entering private property.
he gave me a mandatory court appearance. also it was dark and there was not any sign which said that the road was private property and above all we had that left lane for turning especially for that.

If you plead guilty the judge usually gives a better ruling in your favor.
When you plead guilty though give the reason. If possible go back take pictures of the area and the lack of signs stating private property. You are guilty if you entered private property, but how did the officer know you weren't there for a reason. The only way he can give you a ticket for entering private property is if the owner calls and requests your removal. I think you will get off on this. If you were there for a moment than the officer wasn't called and he has no justification for the ticket. I think he/she must be having a bad day.

Sounds like you are being charged with trespass rather than a U-turn. I would make sure there is no sign there before pleading not guilty.

Well you said in your sentence, "U'turn not allowed", this is more likely why you got the ticket.

Go back, make sure there nis no sign. If not, fight it, it needs to be posted for it to be enforceable
