Good morning, Beta Fishy!
I do not reject "God." I reject the idea of a god. In order for me to reject something, I would have to believe it exists... and it clearly does not exist. What I reject is the idea or concept of a creator god, as the idea does exist in the minds of believers.
That's just me... Have a good one!

If there is a God (of the Abrahamic type) then Im not interested. I would rather make my own choices based on life experience and such than have to living under a deity who tells me what is best for me. (Edit: As River stated, at that point its no longer atheism. Right now its just a hypothetical.)
It may not be how you see religion, but I cant see it any other way. I have the same issue with gov't.
If youre religious thats cool-I respect that, but its not for me.
As for atheism, while I believe there is no god I dont agree that what you see is what you get with the universe. Nor do I think that anyone knows enough to say that they are definitely right about whether or not there is a god.

Well I am definitely a non believer, both an atheist (having no belief in a god) and an agnostic (having no knowledge of a god), but I do have some knowledge of many but probably not all the gods that people around here believe in. If your question refers to the god of the christian bible/catholic bible/ book of mormon and any other religious writings that refer to christ being the son of god, I do reject that god in particular but I don't think much of any of the other gods either. My opinion of that god would be a self centered, egotistical, bad tempered, mean, spoiled, vain, self worshiping, worship demanding one who created some people to act exactly like that or maybe it so happens that whoever created that god was like that and did not want to change thus created like god. Anyhow, we all know the church, whichever one, hates change with a holy passion. They lose a little more control you know.

You may be confusing atheists with agnostics.
Atheists do not believe in any god -- so they do not believe that there is anything to reject.
Agnostics do not know if there is a god. They may or may not reject some gods.
For example, I am an agnostic. There could be a god -- however, I do not believe that Jesus is god. I also do not believe that the Roman Emperors were god or that the Japanese Emperors were god. So -- yes, I reject them.

I reject the god of the bible. Invisible guys- lol. Invisible guys that will hurt you- lol X 2. Yes, I reject the god of the bible. If he tortures for eternity I don't want to be around that type of personality. I do believe a God probably exists, but He isn't full of insanity.

Some people would reject God even if there was undeniable proof of the existence of God.
They wouldn't be atheists anymore though, and you would no longer have faith.
The burden of proof still lies on those who claim the existence of God.

I don't believe in the supernatural. I've personally seen very consistent laws of physics rule the universe, rather than magic.
I don't believe the Bible can be true because it contradicts scientific discovery in a majority of the cases that it CAN contradict, as well as having internal contradictions.
Lastly, God, the fictional character, is the worst tyrant in literary history... I'm regularly aghast that feeling people would choose such a bad guy, out of all of literature, to worship.

if by some miracle any monotheistic god were proved beyond all doubt to be real, then yes, i would no longer treat such an entity as a fiction, but as an enemy. any all powerful creature that would set events in motion to allow for the kind of evil earth sees on a daily basis deserves nothing but revolution from its subjects. utter destruction would be better than such a reality.

They comprehend there's a brilliant style of fault of their religious way of thinking and that i'm not the type to blindly settle for something. I leave them on my own, they leave me on my own, we've admire for each others' ideals and way of thinking. the only place the place i've got had to describe myself is here in R&S (to be predicted) and a few circumstances at artwork, considering the fact that a pair of my co-workers are extremely the "blindly persist with in basic terms in case" kinds.
