Personally I have a habit of missing the 'signs', so this is why I'm asking. Flirting is an obvious example I guess, but are there are any others? I often find women enjoy winding me up, but put this down to the fact that I might just be fun to do this to, but could this be a sign too? Any advice would be appreciated.

Other than the general wear nice make up and perfume etc... They may play with their hair a lot near you. They may touch your arm or maybe even your torso (if they know you well) when they are talking to you.
They will look into your eyes a lot when you chat. There are lots of little ways and some women do it differently than others.
I might gently tease someone but I wouldn't make fun of them too much, I guess it depends what you mean by it and what they are saying...

One of the top things is eye contact. If she's looking at you more then not in the eyes and reluctantly looking away when you're interrupted, it's a good sign. Touching her hair and toying with it while you're with her is another dead giveaway.
Body language too plays a part. Leaning toward you, light touches to the arm while talking...just a few off the top of my head.

i think it depends on your behaviour towards them
but the most obvious signs are
she would change her way or the way she used to act
she would twist what do you say by being miss marry the contrary
she can be mean by playing hard to get or by letting you feel less important
and if she is confident she would give you a beautiful smile and sexy eye contact
and of course being well dressed is to get the attention of all the men

Flirt a lot.Work with body language and make obvious females intentions among other stuff.

if they wind you up it means they think your fun...
What would I do to get the attention of a man?...hmmm...
smile, intense eye contact, touch them at every oppertunity, play with my hair (even if I dont want/need to, because most guys *know* that a girl playing with her hair means she likes him), wear something sexy.

usually look at you quite alot,means they are intrested! well i always want a guy to see that am actually looking at him lol....this was when i was single tho!
