The right side of my mouth have been aching for the past 4 days. When I inspect my mouth, I realise that one of my tooth (the molar tooth) is shakier than the rest.
I am 16 years old, and could it be possible that I have not lost all my milk teeth yet?
(By the ways, I definitely floss my teeth frequently and I don't really eat sweets or chocolates.)

no, because you don't lose your molars, you lose the 'baby molars' and adult pre-molars come in underneeth those.

your wisdom teeth could be coming and making your back molar loose.

however you should be seeing your dentist every 6 months and getting x-rays at least once a year. so, go see them and get an x-ray. they will tell you what is wrong.

Not sure what you got going on there but it sounds like you should make a trip down to your local dentist office.

IF YOU HAVE NOT LOST ALL YOUR PRIMARY (BABY) TEETH YET, DON'T BE DISMAYED.
I HAVE SOME PATIENT WHO STILL HAVE THEIRS.
HAVE YOUR DENTIST X-RAY THIS TOOTH TO FIND OUT IF A PERMANENT ONE IS THERE OR NOT.
