Ok,

so last night i tried to tell my b/f that i love him for the 1st time. but it wouldnt come out. so i said to him, ''im there.''
he knew what i meant. but it just ruined everything!
people might think that im not in love because i couldnt say it, but i really am. more than ever. and last night i was so set for tellin him but it literally would not com out.

now i feel stupid. he told me he is the same but he just finds it hard to say it.

please, whats wrong with me,

i had a bad relationship with my ex, who treated me real bad, and hurt me so much. is this anything to do with it. i think maybe i just know that once i say those 3 little words that theres no goin back!!

Who said saying "I love you" was easy? They say, the harder it is to say i love you means you mean it more than anything. it just takes a little push to get it out. it's all in due time.

there's absolutely nothing wrong with you.

if you really love him, why should you be afraid of turning back?

there's nothing wrong with you.

If it's for you, it's for you.

Okay, I So Know What Your Going Thru, The Guy I'm Seeing, Well He Had Told Me The 3 Little Words, "I Love You", He's Told Me That He's In Love With Me, But I Couldn't Build Up The Courage To Say "I LOVE YOU" Back. I Mean, I Love Him & When I Tried To Say It, It Just Didn't Want To Come Out. So I Think It's Totally Natural & When The Time Is Right, It'll Happen. I Definately Know, When You Say It, Things Do Change & There Is No Going Back. I Mean It Took A Long Time For Me To Say It But I Did, I'm Sure You Will Too When It's The Right Moment. Just Don't Feel Pressured Into Saying It, When They Tell You & Expect You To Say It Back, I Know My Man Got A Bit Upset & Didn't Think I Loved Him Back, But Only You Can Control What You Say & How You Feel.

Trust me, it's not easy to say, even when you mean it. In my experience, once you get over the first few hurdles, it becomes much easier. I've been there.

Your ex could have something to do with it; you're afraid to open your heart again. I've been there as well. Just give your boyfriend the benefit of the doubt. He's not your ex.

Our past always affects our present.

Your hesitation to commit to the "L" word might mean you will feel trapped into staying and you fear the worst instead of hoping for the best.

Don't give up on hoping for the best! Relax and let your heart enjoy a good relationship.

What's happening is you are afraid to get hurt again. You need to ask yourself questions, such as, "how do i know i love him?" Answer them with honesty. There is nothing wrong with taking your time in a relationship.
