Great Question. I'm a Canadian and suffer from poor circulation, so I'm always cold. My tricks are:
-wear tights under my jeans, which is great since you can buy them everywhere right now since they're in style.
-Wear wool socks (over thin socks if you find them too itchy like me).
-Wear boots with your pants tucked in (wahoo, it's another one that in style and reduces the draft going up your pants. -Always wear a hat. They look great and will keep you really warm (you lose most heat from your head!).
-Wear a turtleneck and a tucked in tight tank top underneath. -Drink lots of hot beverages.
-This is a weird tip, but actually works: do 50 jumping jacks. It gets your heart pumping and circulation flowing. I jump on my elliptical for 2 minutes and I instantly feel warmer.
-Also: You can buy those little warming packets that you shake and put in your pocket or boots.

there are a few options here. remember the acronym COLD C= clean, your body does need to be clean to effectively keep your body warm. O=overheat, dont let yourself overheat if you are working hard for a few minutes take a layer of clothes off. L= layers dress in a few layers so you can either down dress or add a layer, think like base layer, warm layer and outer layer. D= dry this one is a no brainer if you are wet and its cold your body cannot produce enough heat to warm you and dry you.

Wear long underwear & a pair of corduroys. A hat for sure. A good pair of mitts or gloves plus you have to have a decent pair of boots. It would help if your jacket would break the wind & well as being thermal. Layer a t-shirt, flannel shirt & a sweater.
Good Luck. Maybe you will win a loto & be able to quit soon !

Take it from a Canadian who knows about cold weather: what you need are wool socks, long underwear, layered clothes, a good jacket and a warm hat. (you actually lose most of your heat from your head so the hat is really important) Add to that some movement and a warm beverage from time to time and you'll be just toasty.

This is a difficult question because you are a female.
I personally wear flannel underwear when the temperature drops down to a certain temperature. But then I am a dude.
Wear a buttoned sweater over your outfit, or find another job where you can.

1. If you are allowed to wear a thermal and a long sleeve shirt of that underneath your workshirt.
2. Wear warm socks.
3. Walk around a lot, do whatever you can to move around a lot even you have to jump around and dance and sing (if you are allowed to)
In conclusion, I guess the main things you can do are wear more clothes, if that's not possible move as much as possible.

you dont prefer something that makes it greater sturdy to run alongside with a brilliant jacket or boots, so perhaps a heat hat and a few gloves may be ok. because you're working you've gotten the skill to stay heat with those on. My issue with working or cycling contained in the chilly is respiration contained in the chilly air, which there is not plenty to remedy that. The chilly air feels so icy in my lungs and makes me lose my breath plenty much less complicated.

Eating can work to keep you warm. Stamping your feet and keeping active. Wear layers of clothes too. Thermal underwear is great too. Boots, gloves and hat. Warm or hot drinks can help too.
