so right now my hair is like a gross inbetween length that just looks like nothing and i can't do anything with so what do you think do i look better with shorter hair or longer hair?
and if you don't like either what do you think would look good?

You are a very pretty, young lady. Both styles work.
I prefer a bit longer as you are young and long hair works for you and your face shape.
I would get more style in your longer cut by cutting in some long layers, including some long bangs that can be swept over to the side (very sexy) or pinned up.
Don't cut it chin length, as it will make your face look fuller. Either keep it below the chin or above it.
You could also go with a longer version of Posh's angles bob. It's very hot right now. Just keep it below the chin in front.

I think they both look good, but I do like the long hair better.
If you have had both lengths, why don't you try to grow it out even longer, it will be a change, look good and if you get bored THEN do the short hair again.
"When in doubt, grow it out", but definatly get it layered.

absolutely the first one I own my own salon and about 80% are college kids . That is a wonderful look and style, it does so much more for your facial features. The other cut drags you down. Good luck and even if you go to the same stylist make sure you bring the picture!

both I have to say are very pretty.
Personally, I like the shorter haircut. It has more of a style to it and it gives your hair more body.

I really like the first one. Its shows you got edge! the second one is nice too but its soo everyday. If you can pull of the first look like you can Id stay stick with it!

it`s up to you what look you are going for.

the short style is more suitable to your face structure; it makes a good frame and it seems that you would be able to straighten it or curl it and make various styles with it. it would be quite cute with the curls going outward.... it looks nice in that picture.
