Alf was an overall prick, so I think he would've used foreign objects on Howard. Howard was a little to, well he seemed like he might also like male ducks as well as female ducks, so I think Alf would've kicked his@ss up and down the block. That mole on his face would've also distracted Howard.

My money is on Howard the Duck. Alf may be able to hunt cats successfully in his sleep, but he's no match for a master of Quack Fu.

On an empty stomach, Howard would win, that's one ornery Duck when hungry. But on a full stomach, anyone who has actually seen Alf in one of his eating binges, knows he could bury Howard in a deep pile of vomit in a blink of an eye : P
