The dreaded Blue Screen Of Death. Only two choices and both are bad. A. Your hard drive is on its last legg and has corrupted the operating system (with is usually the case) or b. The operating system itself is corrupted via a worm or virus and can't find the boot priority to load windows properly.
in any case, you need to either re-install your operating system and reformat your old hdd, or do what i would do and buy a new hdd, and reinstall your o.s. using your original recovery discs.
Now if all of this is alien to you, i suggest finding a friend or relative that knows how to do it, or get a geek squad type person to reformat and reinstall your pc to its original working specs. (with will cost you close to, if not over a hundred dollars) witch is why i would first ask a friend or relative.

The first part of the blue screen message told you. If it happens again, write down the semi-english bit and start of the numbers (the first 8 to 10 digit numbery bit is an error code) and ask again.
Then we might be able to help.

there is particularly no data that desktops injury your eyesight. Like your dad i've got worked in teh marketplace all my existence and you dont' see from now on those with glasses or contacts than you do regularly. Eyestrain is a issue yet its non everlasting and fixable. If there became any data that desktops broken the eyes youd be listening to the lawsuits of persons suing their employers.

burn all of the data that you would like to keep. Then find your restore disks, and start your computer from scratch. It will make your computer operate as it did when it came from the manufacturer.
