To purchase it you have to be 21. To consume it in OK you can do that at any age. Below is a map showing drinking age exceptions and prohibitions.
What most people don't realize is that the federal government does control the legal drinking age. All they did was say that the states wouldn't get funding for highways if they didn't set it at 21. As a result the actual laws vary from state to state.

oh yeah. not in Berlin..
I'm soo sad right now.. I'm siiting on Yahoo at 22:52 reading about alchohol and drinking my nasty Warsteiner 5 liter keg because the Beck's didn't have the gas release thingy on the top so it just squirts really hard into the glass and foams up which I hate... and I'm 17..
I miss the States... I wish I couldn't drink... contratry to how I felt when I lived in ATL.. 13 years... I can't beleive I'm an alchoholic.. It's sooo fücked up... be proud to be an American.. at least they have since enough to not give children alchohol.. call it stupid.. I will tell you it saves lives...
