I don't know, how about stemophilia? Tibiofemorophilia? Gamophilia? Lower appendage-philia just doesn't sound right.

I'm going to try to find something better, I'll get back with you if my search is successful.

The other guy may be right; I don't think this is considered abnormal enough to be a real disorder--somebody would have to be unable to work because he was so obsessed with legs, or something like that.

I think "tibiofemorophilia" is the best I can do.
Tibio (lower leg)
Femoro (thigh)
-philia (condition of loving something)
Then, patello means knee.
If he is really into knees, he could be a Tibiopatellofemurophile.

Medical terminology kind of comes in little root words that can be combined to make new words. This is basically true, but please don't take me too seriously; I just don't think a doctor or therapist is really going to say "tibiopatellofemurophile" when they can just say "leg fetish."

I worked a lot of years in mental health, and I have never heard of this being a real disorder.

i understand what you're speaking approximately, I in simple terms can't think of of the call of it good now. I used to artwork in a house wellbeing place of work doing the ICD-9 coding, and that i've got seen the diagnosis earlier. while i think of of it, i'm going to edit my answer.

I don't think there's a "medical" term for it. I think leg fetish is right on the money.
