No, but this does sound like a scam of some sort, since a bank would _not_ contact someone who the family of the dead person doesn't even know! And I checked out the so called "Bank Of Africa" website, and they don't even speak English, so yeah this email does look a bit suspicious to me. You can check the site out for yourself, it's in my sources. Also they would _definitely not_ great themselves by saying "Hello Dear", they would probably say "To Whom it May Concern" (In african of course). So what I recommend is deleting the email pretending it was a "wrong email address" situation.
