Do you mean nervous or scared? Either way the challenge is the same: get control of your mind so you can calm down...just don't do it with drugs or alcohol.

well it depends how many times u have done it
and how old u r.
like if your 23 and ur scared of sex u need to see a doctor
but if ur 15-18 i guyess its pretty normal to be scared.
but i didnt no that guys got scared too.

have a few drinks maybe n jus relax it can be a bit scary sometimes but if ur comy with the person and u rellay like um take it easy n ull be fine

Are you scared you won't be able to preform well enough? if so don't worry practise makes perfect just pick a partner you can trust, and don't get to worried this could be half your prob.
