"And Adam called his wife's name Life for she was the mother of all living" (V. 20, literal translation).
It is a pity that all versions of the Bible do not give this word instead of the Hebrew Eve. She was Life, the eternal mother, the first representative of the more valuable and important half of the human race.

Not really, it's just one more example of why we need each other. I am everything my husband is not, and he is everything I am not. He was smart enough to pick a woman who had what he lacked and the sense to let me take over in those areas. I was smart enough to pick a man who realized this, and I have full confidence in him in the areas where I lack.
By the way, you can call it an advantage, but in some ways it is not. I heard someone once say that when a couple enters a room, say for a party, each person sees something different ...
The man sees the most advantageous spot (usually by the bar) to stand, he sees the people in the room and which groups are the best to be with. A woman enters the room and sees this as well, but also sees the color and fit of the drapes, the details of the pictures hanging on the wall, who is wearing what outfit and the emotional state of the guests.
That can be an advantage for a women, but can also cause conflict in that we see both sides of a problem so it can be hard to choose which is more right. A man sees his problem and how to fix it.

the man is more likely to start the argument. I should know, I've been married to a man for over 20 years and I don't like to argue. He also always thinks he is right! But for the original question, I think both men and women have this knack equally, it is only that women are pointed out more by men since women normally aren't out there defending themselves!

It may in fact be true. Which is why the wisest men listen to their partners, their mothers and their daughters, and use their intuitive wisdom for their own.
The smart man and the smart woman in partnership can hold the world in their hands.

No, not at all. Women rule the world, pal. As soon as I learned to accept that, life got a lot easier. It in no way diminished my masculinity.

This is not true (women are horrible at choosing men, for example), but they do rule the world anyway.

You have the statistics for this? I would hesitate to make this assertion as decision making has many different facets and does not appear to be tied to sex.

They say behind every great man is a greater woman.
As for me i am happy to accept my wife's decisions she seems to see through matters and people much better than i do.
