I have been going to this church for about 2 months. I recently became a christian, so it is the first church I have belonged to. A lot of my friends want to come to my youthgroup this week. There are 3 of them that want to go. 2 have come in the past and the other really wants to have God in her life. I know everybody at the youthgroup, but I feel rude bringing so many people. There are 5 of us in all. DO you think it is rude?

No way!! It is not rude at all!! If your church doesn't like it, find another church!! That is what you are called to do is bring others to Jesus and how else will they find Him? Bring them and do not think twice about it! God bless you!!

"Suffer the little children to come unto me"......it's wonderful that you are bringing others, no matter what age. It's only rude if they are ill behaved. Has someone at church discouraged you bringing other young people? The church should be welcoming new visitors. Otherwise, I'd find another church. God bless you, dear, and keep bringing more with you.

Depends on the youthgroup hon. I know that your youth leader won't mind the extra kids, but a heads-up would be nice in case s/he's planning on making food or having drink for them ... or a craft or something.

Just call and tell your youth leader, s/he'll be glad to hear from you.

Not one bit! You are really doing what we are called to do and if anyone has anything to say about it they are just jealous! Keep up the great work. It seems that God is using you and you should not let "man" deter you from it. Now unless your friends are unruley or disrespectful, you may want to see if they would settle down or at least respect things but all in all, that is God's job to help them get right, right? LOL!

God Bless you and Keep you

Absolutely not!!! We have had kids in our youth group bring entire sections of their school. In fact, one of the seniors two years ago brought every single person in her school at one point or another. There's been a challenge ever since to bring the entire school at one time :)

Christianity is all about sucking in as many paying customers as possible.
So the more people you bring the better
Especially children since their gullibility makes them the easiest to convert

Well if the church thinks it is rude, find a new church.

Mark 16:15
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

No it is not rude, it is humble. Take them with you, & since you are a young Christain, don't let people discourage you, In my 37 yrs as a Christain, I have learn how to handle people that tries to discourage me.

Christainity is suppose to be about spreading God's love and all that junk. Your Youth Group should be encouraging you to bring your friends.
