To incease Mindpower three techniques are generally adopted.
1. Fasting
2. Prayer
3. Meditation and Yoga.

You can practice all the above...especially fasting and prayer have a great power to give us more mind power.

Mind derives power not by itself, within itself; so silence it,let it derive from the higher source! If we do not silence it it go on revelling in thoughts after thoughts and deplete our energy.Be thoughtless at least for some time during the day ( ten to fifteen minutes) so that a space is created for the larger reality to enter you and rejuvenate you.In fact Meditation is nothing but increasing the space between two thoughts.

Eating less sugar,salt and fats and increasing the intake of fruits, vegetables and whole grains,Yoga(breathing,postural adjustments and light exercises),music, relaxation-all helps.

That's not very well explained.

If you mean your brains functions then there are exercises you can do. Like, playing pairs with cards over time will increase your memory. I don't know all of them, but you can increase pretty any of your brains natural attributes, memory, speed (quick witts), even creativity.

If you mean you're will, your ability to stay with something. That is harder, and takes time to work at. I suggest high every foods, so lots of green. And you need to become more confident in your resolve to do things.

You can increase your mind power by reading if you don't like reading playing memory games w/ friends, you can even play scrabble! (by this you can improve your mind knowledge! and exercise your mind!) you also can eat anything but it must be balance!

Problem is not with the brain or mind ... it is ok...

Problem is all about recognizing what we are for...

Write these two things on piece of paper... and love those two lines...

1. I am... e.g. a student.. a doctor etc...

2. My work is... e.g. studying...

Use this paper, learn these words , respect these words...

And you'll find everything going on course...


Moreover,

LOVE GOD by dreaming of him ... it relaxes and helps your mind to grow ... called meditation...

you start to do yoga regularly and meditations can increase your mind power. you can learn yoga at aastha chanel at 5.oo am and 8.pm night daily
