My advice:
1.- pu them (ALL) in a piece of thick filter paper.
2.- Fold it in quadrangles (squares) several times, at least four times...
3,- put the paper on a flat resistant surface.
4.- bang them down to powder with a heavy hammer....
5.- throw the resulting bulk to the toilet
6.- Flush it
7,- Forget about the whole issue....
Its dangerous to use unlabelled pills, and many cases of envenomation in the ER, are caused by using medicines that are "supposed" to be analgesics or antibiotics by the victims..
Children are more at risk..because the parents assumed it was some other medicine such as acetaminophen,,,and turned out to be clonazepam, barbiturates. even veterinary medicine, etc....
The above answerers told you the wisest thing....dont care about what they are...just dispose of them as soon as possible...

There are many places online to look up pills based on there identifiers (like the I-2). I think there is a good chance that that is OTC 200 mg ibuprofen.
Having said that thought your best bet is to take it to a pharmacist, dealing with and recognizing pills is part and parcel of what they do.
The previous advice of NEVER taking (or giving to someone else) a pill you cannot identify is VERY important:
- it could be non-human medication (IE from a vets office)
- it could be fatal\
- If it causes an allergic reaction the hospital/poison center/ER will need to know WHAT kind of med's it was.

Option 1 : If you have found them at a public place such a waiting room / library, hand it over at the counter.
Option 2 If you have found them near a trash can, throw it back where it belongs - trash.
Option 3: If you have found it in a coach/train, hand it over to the ticket checking officer / coach driver.
Option 4: If you have found it on a street or a side walk, take it to a pharmacy.

They could be almost any type of pill---discard them in the toilet before someone accidentally takes them and it could cause harm to them.
